May I order off-line instead?
Of course. You may order over the phone by calling us at 954.727.5778 or 876.946.1616. One of our Customer Care personnel
will take your order for you. You can also send us an e-mail at sales@kiboart.com, with your contact telephone number and
convenient times to reach you, and a Customer Care representative will call you to take your order over the phone.
When is my credit card charged?
We charge your credit card only after your Final Approval of the timing of the availability
of your artwork and your total cost, which includes the cost of the artwork, shipping and
handling costs (if any) and the sales taxes or VAT (if any). Only then we will charge your
credit card and proceed with the shipping of your artwork.
How will I know my order has been received and processed by Kibo?
Kiboart will send you an e-mail once your order is received, with details that confirm the timing of the
artwork availability and your total costs, for your Final Approval (usually within 48 hours of your order).

After your Final Approval, you receive another e-mail, once your order has been processed and shipped.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including, American Express, MasterCard and Visa.
In order to give you the maximum payment flexibility, we also accept wires payment.

Returns
Kiboart offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we will accept a return for exchange or for refund (less Shipping), provided the item is returned within thirty (30) days from date of shipment.
All returns will require a written explanation of the reason for the return with the order number before the return can be processed. Make sure to include a copy of your invoice (packing slip) with your return.
